The ThermoWorks Thermapen Mk 4 is a fantastic device that allows you to monitor your temperature whilst cooking and baking fabulous food.
I have a lime green Thermapen (aka the “Frog”) and is stored in the top utensil draw. It is a great piece of equipment to have when baking and cooking as it allows you to quickly check the internal temperature of the food you are making.

Having dropped this on the floor a couple of times, I know first-hand that the build quality is very good, as it doesn’t even scratch! Simple AAA batteries are included with in the purchase and has a 3,000-hour battery life. You will get an accurate internal temperature reading in under 3 seconds, now that’s incredible.
