​This is the perfect breakfast when looking for something quick and easy to eat!  This blitz has smooth, creamy Greek yogurt, dry, roasted nuts and a juicy, sweet flavour from the fruit! Because of the nuts, it is a slow energy release food and as a result, it is more filling!

Ingredients
  • 2 (heap) tbsp. Greek yogurt (plain or flavoured)
  • 1 tbsp roasted nuts
  • 1 handful of fruit (berries, grapes)
Method

Spoon the Greek yogurt into a small bowl.

Sprinkle the roasted nuts on top.

Add fruit to finish.
