This is the easiest ice cream I have ever made!!! There is only ONE ingredient, and it is sure to be a big success. You can always add other toppings and flavours as well, some suggestions will be at the bottom.
2 frozen bananas
Extra chocolate or caramel sauce
Method Chop two bananas into chunks and freeze overnight.
Whizz the frozen bananas in a food processor until light and creamy.
Spoon the banana ice cream into 4 bowls and serve.
Caramel Make some caramel and let it cool before adding it to the banana ice cream. Once cooled, fold it carefully through the ice cream, but don’t over mix. You still want to see streaks of caramel. Then freeze the ice cream again for an hour or until ready to serve.
Chocolate Melt 200g of dark chocolate and again, fold it carefully into the ice cream. Make sure the ice cream doesn't turn brown. You just want to see streaks of chocolate. Then freeze the ice cream again for an hour or until ready to serve.
Mango Add 300g of frozen mango to the banana ice cream and whizz it together in the food processor. They both have a creamy texture, making it perfect for Banana and Mango ice cream.
